Loredana Celano, fotografa, ha trascorso molti anni a Milano. Nata nel 1969, ha lavorato come Art Director e Web Designer, contribuendo alla creazione dell’immagine di importanti brand. Dopo una lunga carriera nel mondo della comunicazione visiva, ha deciso di dare spazio a una passione profonda: la fotografia.
Un sogno che non ha mai smesso di farsi sentire l’ha portata a cambiare rotta, trasformando la propria vita per dedicarsi interamente all’immagine fotografica e alla narrazione visiva.
Dalla direzione artistica alla fotografia
Per il suo compleanno, Loredana si è regalata una macchina fotografica digitale e ha rispolverato la sua vecchia Fuji analogica, dono di un’amica che aveva già intuito la strada che avrebbe intrapreso. Da quel momento, Loredana Celano fotografa ha iniziato una ricerca personale di linguaggio e di stile, guidata dal desiderio di raccontare il mondo con uno sguardo poetico e autentico.
La sua esperienza nel design e nella comunicazione si riflette oggi nella cura della composizione, nell’attenzione ai dettagli e nella capacità di creare immagini che parlano di persone, aziende e identità.
Uno sguardo poetico sulla realtà
Appassionata di libri fantasy, Loredana trova la vera magia nella realtà stessa, quando fotografa:
nelle trame delle cortecce, nei pampini che disegnano pareti, nella materia che evoca mondi lontani, nei volti di donne che portano storie antiche, e nell’alternarsi di luci e ombre, riflesso della vita quotidiana.

Loredana Celano, photographer, spent many years in Milan. Born in 1969, she worked as an Art Director and Web Designer, helping to shape the visual identity of major brands. After a long career in the world of visual communication, she decided to give space to a deep passion: photography.
A dream that never stopped calling her led Loredana to change course, transforming her life to fully dedicate herself to photography and visual storytelling.
From Art Direction to Photography
For her birthday, Loredana gifted herself a digital camera and dusted off her old analog Fuji, a present from a friend who had already sensed the path she would take. From that moment, Loredana Celano, photographer, began a personal exploration of style and visual language, driven by the desire to capture the world with a poetic and authentic gaze.
Her background in design and communication is reflected today in her careful composition, attention to detail, and the ability to create images that speak of people, companies, and identity.
A Poetic View of Reality
Passionate about fantasy books, Loredana finds the truest magic in reality itself when she photographs:
in the textures of tree bark, in the vines that trace patterns on walls, in matter that evokes distant worlds, in the faces of women carrying ancient stories, and in the interplay of light and shadow—a reflection of everyday life.
